What dose are you on?

I started on Estradot 50 with 200 of utrogestan
Currently on Estradot 75 with 200 of utrogestan.
How do you know the dose is working and how often should you be reviewed by GP? I’m worried I’m on too high a dose. It’s for perimenopause and I’m 42 on month 3.

I’m on 200mg Estradot at the moment with 100mg utrogestan. Mine has been prescribed by a menopause specialist. It’s still early days for me but doing ok.
