Swollen breasts, do I need HRT?

I'm 51 well into peri and just had a period that lasted around 7 days. My breasts have been swollen now for weeks, even now after my period. I'm generally bloated all over amy belly area too. Very up and down emotionally, suffer horrid headaches and always tired. I have no hot flashes though & generally sleep well too. Does this sound like a case for HRT?

It sounds like something you should discuss with your GP. Hot flushes are only one symptom of menopause, but it's one of the most talked about because it's "funny".
I barely got them, but went on HRT for other reasons.
