I appear to have shifted to a 21 day cycle instead of my normal 29. Im wondering for other women that experienced shorter cycles, how long did it last until your periods finally stopped?

I’m the same. Time between periods is shorter, periods themselves are way heavier and last forever…. Going on day 12 here!
I just turned 50. I went from regular 26 day cycle to anywhere between 20-24 days.
There are only about 10 days a month I don’t have a period.
it’s bloody ridiculous.
ny mom was like this for almost a decade before her cycles ended at 56!😩
