Is peri menopause responsible for my bum spots and everything else?!

Late 40’s and pretty sure I’m in peri menopause despite having regular periods and still ovulating, but I do have night flushes, mad brain fog, achy joints where every time I get up I make an “ah” noise, expanding waistline yadayada but why am I getting lots of spots over my body, particularly my bloody arse! I’ve always prided myself on a good butt, and have a relatively new relationship where my butt is greatly admired so wtf?! Also under armpits, top of thighs (think maybe chafing?!) I shower daily, exfoliate but not every time, so what’s the deal? Anyone else experience this and if so have any good fixes?! 🙏

Watching with interest, I've had this too.

Nope, me too. I thought it was because of waxing but I've not had that done since May.

Mine are right by the crack. Never anywhere else. I shower everyday and wear cotton undies.

Yep same! Really annoying! I use spot cream which dries them up and gets rid of them a little quicker but I just can’t seem to prevent them! I exfoliate and everything!

I kept getting massive spots on my bum and my doctor suggested using hibiscrub wash as a shower gel. You need to leave on for a couple of mins before rinsing but seems to work at preventing them.
