Some advice please, new too HRT

Morning, it's my first month of HRT, I'm on a combination of sandrena gel 0.5 and utrogestan. I'm on day 24 of my cycle and I've started to bleed, I should be taking the utrogestan for another 4 nights. Given I've started to bleed should I count this as day one of my cycle and stop the ultrogestan until day 14 again? I was going to call drs tomorrow but unsure what to do tonight. TIA

I've had this issue before and asked my dr what to so.

You are supposed to carry on with the Utrogestan so you take it for the full12 days.

Early bleeding can happen with all HRT but more often Utrogestan as it's sometimes not absorbed fully.
