Hello. I'm taking femoston-conti continuous for HRT as I have endometriosis. I'm 52 but not sure where I am with regard to menopause as I have been on the mini pill for years so haven't had a period. I started hrt in Feb and continued with the mini pill as well but after the first 2 months I have been spotting/ light bleeding. I have been taking it 5 months so far. The reason I was put on continuous was to hopefully avoid bleeding. Does anyone have any experience of this? I will talk to the doctor (easier said than done) but wondered if anyone knows whether I should persevere as my symptoms of menopause are improved. Also does anyone know whether if the dose it increased (I'm on a low one atm 1mg/5mg) will that stop the bleeding or doesn't it work like that? Any ideas or experience of this would be very gratefully received.
