Alternative to progynova 2mg?

My pharmacy can't fulfil my order and have told me to go back to gp and get an alternative due to stock shortages.

I am 47, surgical menopause from 3 years ago. Tablets needed rather than patches. Any suggestions for most closely aligned?

I am happy on progynova except for low libido

About 6 weeks ago, the new menopause 'Tzar' gave powers to pharmacists to provide alternatives when HRT was out of stock.

Really, your pharmacist ought to be handling this and coming up with an option.
