I had to stop using Oestrogel (3 pumps) in April as my Mirena coil needed replacing. I then used Femseven patches for around 3 weeks before developing terrible reaction to the adhesive so i stopped and used nothing for 4 weeks.
I had new Mirena two weeks ago and fortunately managed to get hold of some Oestrogel. The GP said to start with one pump and go up gradually, but as i was so keen to escape i didn't ask how long to do that over.
I have been using one pump of the Oestrogel for a week now.
