Has anyone asked for adjustments at work?

I work until 10pm at night three nights a week. On those nights I struggle to sleep and it's often 4am before I doze off.
My job doesn't really impact on my colleagues unless there's only one other person in the building as there always has to be at least two people in.
I'm wondering if I can ask for my hours to be brought forward so I don't work so late.
Has anyone else asked for adjustments to be made?

Not me, but a colleague (teacher) asked to wfh when her symptoms were bad!

What was agreed were protected breaks for her to go for a walk and eat.

I'd agree a change of hours, as you describe, if it could work for the business

It won't impact on my role but will mean that can't just use me as back up like they often do.

I've not asked no, but I don't think there's any harm in asking Wink

Have you tried HRT for your sleep issues?

I'm on hrt and it has helped massively. It just seems that on my late nights I'm wired and can't settle.
