Anyone here do rebel fit to fight Middle Aged middle?

I am following rebel fit on social media
I have changed shape in past 3 years covid pounds and poss peri spread
I am a big apple with about 2.5 stone to lose
Anyone know more about this?

It's definitely not a diet and that's the whole meaning behind 'rebel'!
It's about ditching counting calories and processed junk diet foods and focusing on real food, with a personal exercise programme.

I guess like all these things, you get back what you put in, so be willing to do the exercise and change your diet.
