Problems with patches...

Hi, is anyone else having problems with getting their patches to stay on this heat, especially if you're getting a bit sweaty?
Any tips to help them stay, please?
I've had to put a new patch nearly everyday over the last few days as they are unsticking and rolling up, so annoying!
Thanks x

Someone recently recommended this cover to me. Not the most aesthetically pleasing but helpful

What works for me is after I have had a shower I clean the area the patch is going on with rubbing alcohol. I then hold my hand on it for about 30 seconds too. Once I forget the alcohol and the patch started peeling off within a couple of days. It really seems to make a difference.

@BigButtons thank you! Will give that a go

Unfortunately I've had to give up on patches as my skin reacted increasingly with each patch so now I join the ladies hunting down the oestrogen gels from pharmacy to pharmacy.

Yes! I'm having this problem. I had been getting on fine with patches but in this really hot weather, they're peeling off and wrinkling up. I don't know what to do about it.
