Feeling like I was before starting HRT sweaty and grumpy

I have been on Oestrogel for about 6 years now and it has been great. For some reason now though I just feel as it it is not working - sweating very badly again and very very grumpy. Why would this be? Has anyone else had this happen? Should I see my GP?

I’ve just had my HRT dose (patches) increased because I’m suddenly an over emotional, anxious and angry wreck who drips with sweat at night and has a hot flush with a sip of coffee.

The practice nurse said straight off that it was obvious I needed an increase. Looking forward to getting back to feeling normal.

Some people have noticed a difference in oestrogel with a green square on it and oestrogel with an orange square. I noticed that it absorbs a bit differently—one feels more watery. I’m not sure it has made too much difference to me.

This happened to me, great for 3 years then hit a wall. As said previously your own hormones have likely depleted and you need a review.
