Missed utrogestan 100 mg dose

I think I missed my utrogestan dose last night. ( i am on the hrt patch too ) I am usually really good at remembering but I can’t work it out from the packet if I have taken it. So should I take one now? Or just leave it till tonight?

Missing one dose won’t make any difference. It gradually builds up in your system to stop the lining of your womb becoming too thick due to the excess oestrogen. Just take tonight’s dose and carry on.
