The Telegraph had an article a couple of days ago headlined "The Secret Supplement That Can Cure Brain Fog" www.telegraph.co.uk/health-fitness/mind/secret-supplement-can-fix-brain-fog/. It's behind a paywall, so I just wondered if anyone with a subscription can tell me what the secret supplement is so that I can google info on it. I don't even know if it's specifically about menopause brain fog as I can only read the first couple of lines, but anything would be worth a try! Thanks.
