Pelvic instability in Menopause

Hi, I am 42 & recently had an overectomy as a preventative measure given I have the BRACA gene. One week post op I started getting pelvis/back pain due to the fall in my oestrogen levels. The doctor said to give it 3 months for the body to adjust to the new HRT level of hormones. I have a history of pelvic instability which occurred both when I came off the contraceptive pill & during my pregnancies. A mild instability remained after each pregnancy. I was wondering if anyone has experienced something similar in menopause & if the pain settled down for them?
