I am on Evorel Sequi HRT and am devastated to have worked out that my ‘monthly bleed’ will come when I am on holiday and I cannot take norethistelline (sp ?- the period stopping drug) as I had planned because the HRT contains it.
My bleeds are just like my periods have always been - they come every 3 weeks, for a week duration, and are so heavy that I walk out of the loo and often have to walk straight back in to change my sanitary products.
I’m presuming with 3 weeks to go there is nothing I can do and I will just have to stay inside near the loo all day during my first foreign holiday in 4 years :(. Literally cannot believe it.
