Out of desperation I started hrt mid cycle (47 still pretty regular periods)
I thought it would sort itself out eventually... So I started the oestrogen & then on day 14 or whatever the instructions said I started the progesterone. As expected I came on my period half way through the progesterone part that first month, but have subsequently continued to take the progesterone starting on the same day of each month regardless of period.. now I'm 3 months in & it's still not sorted itself out - I last had a light bleed a couple of weeks back during progesterone phase but am now 11 days since stopping progesterone & have very sore boobs but no sign of period?! Guess there's a slim chance of pregnancy (but really at my age & have only had sex once in the month!!)
Do I just continue doing what I'm doing or should I start fresh from day 1 of my next cycle, if it ever comes?!!
Asking here as I'm sure there are some experts & my docs take forever to get through to & tbh aren't that knowledgable
