Can't sleep the nights I don't take Utrogestan

I haven't had a period for about 15 months and started HRT (Evorel 25 and Utrogestan with a 25 on/5 day off) 3 months ago.

My MH and mood improved almost immediately and I have felt so much better.

However on the nights I don't take Utrogestan my sleep is appalling and I can barely function the next day. So back to where I was before starting HRT.

I haven't had a bleed in any of the three cycles to date.

If you’re on continuous, you don’t need to do 25 on and 5 off but can take it all the time.

The leaflet refers to 25 on and 3 off, but most in the know simply tell women to take it every day for simplicity now, and that sounds like it would suit you. Either way, you definitively don t need 5 off.
