Can I use HRT to delay period by 7 days

I started Evorel Sequi patches in March. I am going on holiday at end of July and would dearly love a period free on holiday (villa with pool) but am due my period the day we fly 😬. Is it possible to delay my period by continuing the Conti patches for an additional week, does anyone know?

Would this be a 'dangerous' thing to do, considering HRT has been massively beneficial to me (goodbye night sweats!).

Personally I don't see why not though it may not work? You will also then be a little out if sync in body and in patches.

Some women go to conti after a year on sequential

My GP has just told me to stay on the combined patch this cycle to delay mine for holiday, so not use any of the oestrogen only ones.
