If your GP prescribed testosterone, what were your blood results levels?

I’ve just had blood’s done after asking about testosterone for low libido. I got my results back yesterday but haven’t heard from my GP yet so will chase them next week.
My serum testosterone level was 0.3
Free androgen level was 0.3%
Sex hormone binding globulin was 110

I really want to be prepared to fight for testosterone as I’m worried they’ll try to fob me off. But my libido has literally dropped off a cliff and Oestragel and Utrogestan haven’t made any difference.

Cutting a long story short, when I was referred to a menopause clinic they didn’t do a blood test but rather based prescribing testosterone on my symptoms. Many GP practices are still reluctant to prescribe directly (or have to go through hoops to be able to do so) so if you are not happy ask for a referral to a menopause clinic.
