Help! Please suggest supplements for peri-menopause

Hello- I'm new to this section. 46 and apparently my estrogen levels are fine as per blood tests (I have to have them regular-ish because of PCOS). Been on Mirena for 8 years. No problems with periods for those 8 years (because no periods). But this week I'm BUCKLED with period pain. It feels like my womb and ovaries are on fire. Is this a peri-menopause symptom? And if so would anyone be able to recommend a supplement to ease it? (I'm already on loads of magnesium for years). Thank you in advance.
Oh- forgot to mention that the only other time I had really bad period pains was after I got my booster shot for COVID. That was weird- was in bed for 2 days. Doc friend said it was an auto-immune response because the uterine lining has lots of immune cells. This week 6 kids in my daughter's class had COVID (she's already had it but might have brought it home). So I don't know if it's an auto-immune response to another Covid infection or peri/actual menopause. Sorry, I should rename myself "Clueless". Any advice welcome. Thank you in advance :)

It could have something to do with inflammation & your omega 3:6 ratio. Are you working on your health with someone?

Thank you for replying. Yes I'm monitored by Ob-GYN because of PCOS so have bloods done every 6 months and on no-sugar diet which really helps. The last blood tests showed estrogen levels fine. Will look up Omega 3: 6 ratio!

Has anyone experienced their fibroids shrinking after menopause. I’m 50 so getting getting to menopause and have a large fibroid that is causing symptoms - pressure, needing to pee, constipation. Wondering whether I should wait for it to shrink as my estrogen levels drop.
