Hi, Im on Evorel75 & Utrogestan 100 Continuous since March of this year but I'm experiencing regular spotting . My meno Dr recommended taking 200mg of Utrogestan but didn't say how to take the dosage in her email ..
I'm currently taking one 100mg two hours after food .. Could I take two together in the evening or one in the morning & one before bed?
Any advice please or is anyone else on this regime?

Not too sure why your dr has suggested this so soon.

All combined continuous HRT comes with the guidance that spotting is normal for 6 months. (You can find this on the medical site Menopause Matters under HRT for post menopause.)

It can take 6 months for the womb lining to become thinner and not shed at all.

If you do want to take 200mgs then you should take 2 capsules together, at bedtime. same as with 1 capsule.
