I saw on a TikTok that there’s different types of magnesium, so which should I be buying ?
And is it ok to take it and still have 2 or 3 Epsom salt baths a week, or is that too much ?

There is a lady gynae I follow on TT that has a few videos on magnesium. I take Magnesium L threonate 3 x a day. She does videos about the importance of bioavailability so you will have to scroll through her account to have a look, here’s just a few of them but I have to get up early so can’t look for any more! I’ve no clue if it’s working, I’m hopeful, or gullible? Lol

That’s really helpful, thank you !
Can I ask where you get yours from as I didn’t see any in Boots ?

I ordered these from Amazon, they have gone up-a lot! I think they were around £21 when I bought them.
there are others but I was looking for a high elemental magnesium & these seemed to be the highest that were in stock at the time I ordered. I will have to look for a different brand though, £27 is a bit too much tbh.

I use the Solgar brand calcium magnesium and zinc combined.
