Well the title says it all really,
Into 3.5 years of menopause hell.
Have tried various forms of HRT and none have made me feel great.

I'm currently on the patch ( 75) having had a Mirena fitted 3 weeks ago, due to irregular bleeding on utrogestan.

I'm 4 years post menopause and still can't get the dose right.

My bladder goes awol if I reduce Oestrogen too low ( even with local Oestrogen cream and pessaries). Higher doses don't do much either.

My mood is always up and down, sleep terrible and now spotting from that damm Mirena!

What to do?
Very fed up!

I spotted with my Mirena for 7 months, so hold on in there.
For sleep you could try some magnesium tablets.

@KangarooKenny did the Mirena give you any skin issues, like spots?

May try the magnesium.

No, no spots.

Unfortunately, I can't help with the other systems. But this is what worked for me immediately for my sleep.

Magnesium
L theanine
Inositol

High strength with all of them.

The magnesium I use is one called Magenchance. You can get it on Amazon. If you can't get this one, find one with the equivalent dosages. Because I had to get a different one it wasn't the same dosages and it affected my sleep.

Good luck this is not fun.
