Nausea side effect? help & advice

Hi, I started HRT back in november. about 4 weeks ago I changed from using a 50 patch to 75.
Initially the only side effect I felt was breast soreness which has now stopped. Over the last 2/3 weeks I've had days of feeling unwell with nausea (nausea comes and goes throughout the day), Then I will feel fine for a while then it happens again. I have just realised that the last 2 times this has happened has coincided with patch change days (it has happened within 24 hours of putting a new patch on) and am considering the possibility that it may be to do with the higher dose patch.
Has anyone else experienced this? If so will it go away with time or should I consider going back to the 50 patch. I dont really want to go back down a dose as by increasing it has cleared up my peri symptoms that re appeared since starting hrt.
Thanks for any advice

I had nausea when I started using gel (years ago.)
I found that dividing the dose am/pm stopped it.

However, you can't do that with a patch.

Maybe give it a couple of weeks to see if it settles down.
