I've started HRT this month with Evorel 25 patches and 200mg of Utrogestan days 15-26 (12 days). 've started bleeding today which is day 24. Do I keep going with 2 more days of utrogestan or do I call this day 1 of the next cycle and start again?
I'm concerned the balance of Oestrogen to progesterone will be too high if I don't finish to day 26, even though they're the lowest dosage patches that I'm putting on twice a week, as last week I had really terrible sore and swollen breasts and I've read that that can be due to the wrong balance between the two?
