I started hrt a month and half ago . Initially started on Elleste duet sequential but then dr said I needed to go in combined so she put me on kliovance combined low dose 1mg estradol and 0.5 northiserone. Northiserone was making me look and feel terrible while on Elleste ones the green tabs 12 days but combined was not doing me much good either so I discovered utrogestan cyclic. I thought if I go back to just the white estradol tabs from my Elleste duet pack I could maybe get the utrogestan and combine it incase they don’t have the gel or patches in stock ( as I heard they are running low) anyway I suddenly switched over without finishing the kilobance combined 28 day pack. I took Elleste duet estradol tab last night and one again tonight and now I have period cramps and bleeding! Is this serious and have I messed up? Also is it possible to combine the utrogestan with my Elleste duet 1 mg pill? But I will certainly use the estradol patch or gel if they can supply that,
