This is my first round and I’m on 75 Estradot. I took utrogestan for 12 nights and started a period 7 days after last utrogestan. I keep reading it should have started between 3-5 days and now I’m worried. Is this what everyone means when they say it will settle, could I expect this for the first few months? Totally new to this, started for perimenopause symptoms, I’m 41.
I am managing the capsules orally and apart from feeling anxious at the start about the dizziness I read about; which I didn’t experience, I feel they have helped me sleep better which is a plus.
