I have been on Evorel Sequi for just over 12 months. I have had real problems at the change between the 2 types of patch (very low mood and migraines). My gp has prescribed Evorel Conti to try and keep the level of hormones a bit more consistent so I don't get these problems at the changeover. I'm 44. Just wondering if anyone else has done similarly. I feel a bit nervous about increasing the progesterone as I don't want to feel low all the time but equally to be on a more even keel would be great. Any thoughts or experiences welcomed!!
