HRT and PMS

Will HRT actually help my PMS?
I have awful PMS (in general but today in particular). Started HRT nearly 2 months ago for peri symptoms (gel plus prog tablets) one of the main ones being this PMS which is making my life miserable. So far I can't see the HRT is doing anything at all and I'm pretty gutted.
Is it just too early to see a difference? Do I need to increase oestrogen dose?
Anyone had theirs disappear on HRT?

PMS means different things to different women.

What are your symptoms?

Which are you hoping can be improved by HRT?

Extreme irritability, feeling really low, don't know what to do with myself. I'm so full of rage I have to basically hide from my family until it passes. Was hoping I'd feel more zen!
