When to start Utrogestan?

So, I've been started on Everol 25mcg, plus 200mg Utrogestan. I'm on the mini pill also. The GP was quite vague about when to start the progesterone and kept telling me on 'x' day of my cycle, despite the fact that I no longer have periods due to the mini pill.

I've put my first patch on today, any advice as to when to start the Utrogestan? I'm feeling a bit clueless

Also, is 25mcg patch a bit, low?

start anytime and stick to the same day each month - ie today is the 9th.

Yes 25mcg is low and would be a starting dose. More likely you will need 37 or 50.

Assuming you are being given sequential not continuous then assume the day you start the oestrogen is day 1. Start the utrogestan on day 15.

You can do either @Dietcokeaddiction Your way , or any day. Just stick to the same day each month.
