Can menopause symptoms be cyclical even almost 2 years post menopause?

I’m having an awful day today - last period was Aug 20 and for the most part I’m managing my symptoms with multiple supplements (sage, Red clover, pregenolone, Ashwagandha, soy, magnesium to name but a few). Today however, I have zero energy, feel really dizzy and my anxiety is through the roof. Really jittery, could burst into tears and can feel my heart racing in my chest. I also have this feeling of impending doom.
I just remembered that the last time I felt this bad was Tuesday 8th May - I remember as I was meeting a friend for lunch and almost cancelled. So I’ve clicked that today is approx a month later.
So could my symptoms be cyclical? I had thought once full menopause, there would be no cycle anymore? But could there still be fluctuating hormones even almost 2 years post menopause?

I am way past physical menopause ( 7 or 8 years past!) and on continuous HRT but I still have a cycle going on.

I get regular monthly bleeds (which I shouldn't), regular monthly headaches etc all of which were tied to my old menstrual cycle. It is very odd.

Oh that’s interesting. So it’s possible I do still have some level (albeit low) of fluctuating hormones which wipes me out once a month.

Hoping I wake up tomorrow to a better day
