Bleeding after taking 12 nights of utrogestan

I commenced the Estradot patch last month and have been taking utrogestan for 12 nights, I took the last one, day 26 on the 3rd of June. How long til I get a period? I was semi regular between 28-31 days before starting HRT for perimenopause.
Today I’ve felt a bit crampy but nothing to report yet. Also, am I right in thinking I start taking utrogestan again on the 23rd of June ( i took it for the first time on the 23rd May).
Thank you.

Hang on in there- it usually happens 3-4 days after the last tablet but not all the time (some women don't bleed that often.)

Yes, take the next cycle on the same day as the last.

Thanks 😊

Starting patches seemed to knock my body's ability to bleed and it's taking a week after stopping when I do at the moment. It can take 3 cycles to settle. Mine did but covid messed everything up again.

I'm going to go up a patch (blood test showed quite low oestrogen) and expecting for it to either go awol again or settle in to a better pattern.

This is my first cycle, fingers crossed that it settles quickly. I’ve woken feeling quite bloated and crampy, which I usually feel just before I come on.

It will and if it doesn't just carry on regardless.

I've had a hard time getting my head around it; my own cycle is now a bit confused but it seems I'm very much in the throws of late peri (went up to 75 today as bloods were 135 but she said she'd prefer them to be 600. My symptoms are terrible again.)

The key thing is that symptoms are improving.
