Dry hands and feet

Anyone have this as a symptom of the menopause? My hands and feet are so dry, especially my cuticles. Tried all sorts of different creams but none seem to be working that well. Anyone else experienced this and found something that works please?

File the bottom of your feet if they are dry there, and you need a foot cream with urea.
For hands, get a hand cream with anti-ageing properties. Put it on every time you wash your hands, and before bed. Also before you go out when it’s cold.

Me! I was literally just looking at my hands, I slathered them in Lansinoh last night and put cotton gloves on and it’s magic, it closed all the splits in the dry skin. You could see the blood seeping through the cracks in the corner of the nails, it’s now all closed!!!

I dried out several years back, skin and hair. For my skin the only thing that helps is a thick application of Nivea blue tub with a top layer of EA8hr cream and socks to let it soak in.
