I need some advice please if possible! I received my first dose of hrt today - oestrogel and utrogestan capsules. I haven’t had a period since March but the label says to take 2 on the 15th day of cycle. That is 3 weeks away . Could I start just taking one capsule on the 1st day does anyone know? Sorry im so impatient?!

I am on the same brands and when I started it, my doc said I can start taking utrogestan on the 1st of the month or on the 15th irrespective of my cycle as HRT resets it anyway. These datesare recommended as it is easy to remember.

My periods are erratic so I was told just to get started straight away and periods might be a bit odd for a couple of months but tbh they are a bit odd anyway!
