Rage v teenage hormones!

I'm 51, still having periods. Recently I've been experiencing flashes of white hot rage. Comes on very quickly. Unfortunately mostly butting up against DS1's teen cheekiness.

Also have low mood, aches and pains, poor sleeping.

Would HRT help?!

Yip. You're quite likely to be peri menopausal. Before I took HRT I could feel myself getting angry for no real reason and took some effort to control. Definitely see if you can get HRT.
