Do I need to wait for period to restart Everol Sequi?

Hoping someone can advise as I can’t even get a telephone appointment with GP!

After taking Everol Sequi for several months, I was told to stop taking it before an operation at the end of March.

Shortly after the op I had a period, but couldn’t restart HRT due to still being on blot clot meds.
Since stopping the meds, there’s no sign of another period and my menopause symptoms have come right back. Excessive sweating, sleeplessness…

The instructions say to start a pack within 5 days of a period, but I haven’t had one for a good 7-8weeks now!

Can I just a pack anyway or do I need to wait/find an alternative HRT?

The other hrt is for if you haven’t had a period for 12 months. For the gel/separate progesterone hrt my gp said to just start it mid cycle and wait for my bleeds to regularise. I am not a medic at all but if I was you I might start with the combined patches for 2 weeks and hopefully that will bring your cycle back? Or more likely I would start with say a day 1 patch and switch back to day 1 of the next box when the bleed starts. But I am making this up, just what I would prob try.

Were you periods irregular before you started hrt? I am on sequential hrt, if i were you i would start a new pack, if you wait for your period you could be waiting weeks x
