Hi
new to HRT and yet to start utrogestan but my Q is this.

if it’s to be taken day 15-26 at night on an empty stomach, what happen if nights shift?
Just starve and be dizzy?? I’m not due on nights for a while but when I’m next on and it clashes with taking UT what do you do??

You can take it with food. (my consultant says it's fine.)

You can use it vaginally when you are working nights (or any time) and that will avoid the dizziness. You can also use it vaginally day time.

One of these should work for you :)

Hi @JinglingHellsBells
Oh wow I didn’t know that. I’m worried about the dizziness but mainly about timing it with food as me and hubby usually eat late once kids in bed, so typically between 8:30 and half 9 so I thought I’d need to wait up til 11 to take it. I am an early bedder lol

so the oral wee round capsules can be used the other way, that’s interesting and something to consider. Thank you 😊
