100mg estrogen, too much?

I'm 52 and on Evorel Sequi patches mainly for joint pain, but also helping with all the usual symptoms. The 50mg patch worked like magic for my joints for quite a few months. But the joint pain has come back, GP has added a 25mg patch to the mix to make 75mg. This has helped with brain fog, I feel much sharper, but still have joint pain. Would upping it to 100mg be too much? I've also not had a bleed for 2 cycles.

Patches are mcgs, not mgs.
Tablets are 1mg or 2mgs, and gel is roughly 1.5mgs (for 2 pumps.)

It's best to give each higher dose a few weeks before changing- ideally 8 or more.

They are indeed mcg for daily dosage that's my mistake, hmm that's confusing. 🤔 The GP equated 2 pumps of gel with an Evorel 50 patch.
I currently have an Evorel 50 and Evorel 25 patch.

This seems to confirm that.

I've seen that table a lot and it doesn't seem completely accurate.
Gel (pump) is 0.75mgs per pump so that's 1.5mgs for 2 pumps (not the same as a 2mgs tablet.) As an example! I'd always considered my 2 pumps of gel more like a 37mcg patch.
