Anyone find this whilst on HRT?

Someone on another forum saying their skin had started reacting to sun badly since taking HRT.

I'm REALLY looking forward to sunbathing on my first foreign holiday for 2 years! I can't bear how anything fun seems to be ruined one we hit menopause 😭

Well it depends on what they mean. Sometimes the Pill can cause dark patches on the face (chloasma) as can pregnancy so maybe they mean that. High spf sunblock should prevent it.

No they totally burned & look as though they are having allergic reaction. Other people saying they have become much more sun sensitive too. Just wondering if this is common.

I get a terrible sun allergy and the only thing that does not exacerbate it is Ambre Solaire Factor 20. Highly recommend it if this happens to you.
