This feels unbearable

I started Elleste duet about 10 days ago in the hope it will help my anxiety and brain fog. But it’s got worse. The anxiety is like nothing I’ve ever had before. I’m physically shaking at some points. Will this get better? Or do I just ditch it? I don’t know how much more I can take.

Not quite the same as I am on everol Sequi but for the first two weeks felt dreadful. I was nearly ready to quit as I felt worse. I had insomnia, awful anxiety, dizziness, abdo ache. I got to day 12 and suddenly felt so much better. Sleep improved and anxiety gone. Still have abdo ache but happy to give that more time.

It's a hard call as I was on the limit of stopping, do you think you can wait a while longer? these are not unusual side effects. I do sympathise, you just don't need it.
