Hi Everyone, Not sure if/how anyone can help with this but maybe someone has experience to share? I've been on Evorel (150) for about 5-6 weeks now (+utrogestan).
Tbh I don't feel it's been revelatory yet, I still don't feel 'like myself' really and my sleep is still poor etc. although I'm advised it's still early days. I have noticed that in the last few weeks my (already small) breasts have decreased in volume quite significantly. It happened almost over night, they just seemed to empty of fatty tissue. In the scheme of things I'm not that bothered, but it makes me wonder how much oestrogen I am absorbing. I would have expected either no change or a fuller breasts at the start of HRT. Am I setting too much store by breast tissue as a measure of HRT absorption, or maybe I'm somehow the hormone isn't getting into my system? Or am I just being impatient?!
I should emphasise - this isn't about me wanting fuller breasts (my only life goals right now are to feel more normal and sleep better!). I simply want to get some sort of physical a sign that the HRT is doing something and the shrinking breasts thing seems like the opposite of this! 😅
