I’ve been using 1g applied into the vagina twice a week for just over a year. It worked great (for vaginal atrophy) and all symptoms disappeared (itchiness, dryness, constant visits to the loo and a change in appearance of my vulva). Cream has been less effective since February and the symptoms are returning - quite distressing. Has that happened to anyone else? What did you do about it?

You need to use it as often as necessary. many specialists say it's fine to use it every other day or even go back to the 14 day , daily, regime (for 2 weeks).

It's very weak/ low dose.

Thanks. I’ve got a doctors appointment next Wednesday. I have been taking it more often to help so it’s good to know that’s been deemed safe.
