Estradiol gel application

The doctor and leaflet said you can apply to inner thighs or outer upper arms / shoulders.

Where do you apply - are thighs or arms better? I've been prescribed 2 pumps, it's quite a lot of gel once you start to apply it.

I've started with thighs but wondering if arms are better. Or can you spread it over both? Thanks

I watched a video on the balance app with Dr Louise Newsome and applied to the outer arms. Have a look, helped me enormously.

I'm using thighs...although I seem to have developed horrendous cellulite since doing that and may switch to upper arms.

It really doesn't matter.

You can put it more or less anywhere except near your breasts, so be careful there is no transfer if you apply to your upper arms (Patches for example go onto bum cheeks.)

The science says it's best absorbed by fatty areas of the body, which is why the inner thigh or outer upper arms are suggested.

You can do both, either, switch day to day- whatever.

I use upper arms am, and inner thighs pm. 1 pump morning, 1 pump evening spread over 2 arms or two legs.

I've seen the video on the Newson site and found it a bit odd. The instructions say upper arms, not right down to the wrist.

Thank you everyone. I started on inner thighs but have moved to outer, upper arms. I think it's starting to make a minor difference, we will see!!
