Oestrogel dose

GP prescribed gel for me at two pumps a day and asked me to go
back after four weeks to see how I was getting on. Had the mirena inserted at the same time.
definite improvement in symptoms but I think I need to increase the oestrogel dose
how long is reasonable to try a dose before increasing
ive been on it for about two and a half months

Personally, I would keep going with 2 pumps a day. It can take a good few months for HRT to settle in. Definitely check in with your GP though. It's great and refreshing that he/she is taking the interest to monitor you so closely.
