Feel terrible since swapping to Evorel sequi patches from sequi tablets

Hi all, started HRT just over 3 months ago- sequi tablets on which I felt great almost immediately, they suited me really well but unfortunately they raised my BP too much. GP switched me over to Evorel Sequi 50 patches and I'm 2 weeks in. I immediately felt very nauseous/headachy, to the point I've really struggled to eat for the last few weeks, it feels like awful morning sickness.
My mood has been getting progressively worse too and I'm all over the place, teary and very irritable. I'm starting the conti patch tomorrow morning and for some reason I seem to do better on progesterone than oestrogen so I'm hoping for some relief.
My question is, does this get better if I stick it out for two more months, or should I go back to the drawing board whilst I'm still feeling just about relatively sane? ...

I'm on the same patches as you but interestingly do v v badly on progesterone and so cut the combi patches in half, it makes a massive difference. Maybe try that next time you're on the sequi patches?

Hope you fare better on the combi ones

Hi I started a thread like this. I felt like you and was contemplating stopping as I felt so much worse on them. Just over 2 weeks now and I feel so much better. It all just suddenly lifted. I hope the same happens for you to.
