I'm 53 been on 3 types of bp medication for about 10 years, primarily to treat migraines caused by high BP which I've had since my early teens. Recently seen a neurologist who prescribed a wafer tablet to help migraine, these are amazing & work v well. I'm also on HRT tablets (6 months) last October I started vaping, I'm a non smoker (started as heard it helps anxiety). Problem is I feel wretched most days, dull headache, back, shoulder & neck pain. Low energy & fatigue. Had many tests & gp can't find anything untoward. Wondering whether to stop all medicines & stop vaping to see if I feel better. I just want to be pain free again. Thanks for any advice you can give me.
