Evorel 50/Sequi

Im on Evorel Sequi. On the minipill, and still have my womb. Hence the combined hrt as my GP advised.

my friend is the same, minipill, womb intact and the nurse she saw (who my friend explained was a bit cloudy about hrt) gave her evorel 50.

reading my patient leaflet in my pack it says if you have a womb, you need the combined hrt. Not the Evorel 50 pack.

am i right in thinking she needs the combination one like me, and she’s been given the wrong one?

she’s going back next week anyway for a blood test and will question it,

As I understand it the mini pill will be supplying your progesterone so the oestrogen only patch your friends has would be enough. You've been given the patch for someone not taking any other progesterone.

Happy to be corrected though

But we’re both the same.

both on the minipill
both have intact wombs.

i can recall my GP telling me i needed combined HRT because of this. Hence why we’re both confused z
