Stopping HRT bleed whilst on holiday?

Using patches continiually and progesterone pills for last 14 days of cycle so am getting a bleed during this time. This is going to fall in the middle of a holiday and I'd prefer it didn't (used to take the pill straight through years ago to stop this).
Is there any way to stop this happening?

Various options.

Under a consultant, I don't do the usual 4 weeks/ 14 days.
He thinks 12 days is enough (as on the leaflet) and I had also used just 10 days for a long time (again, under his direction.)

You can either carry on with the Utrogestan until you are back from your hols, but maybe use only 100mgs a day if it's over the 14 days.

OR you can postpone the Utrogestan for 1-2 weeks till you are back.

OR you can do 10- 12 days and you should bleed earlier maybe before your hols?
