Or is it pointless. I've been on hrt for 3 weeks now and still feeling pretty rubbish and anxious but still early days. I've also noticed that my hair is dry and wondered if collagen tablets would help or is it just pointless if I'm taking HRT which, if I understand it correctly, boosts collagen anyway?
